Gentle Yoga is a class that will focus on balance, stretching, strengthening and breathing. Noelle Knowles is a registered yoga teacher with Light Within Yoga who also guides yoga at the White Lake Community Library. Please bring a mat, water bottle and silence your phone for each session to allow yourself to focus.
