Zumba for Beginners!

Zumba for Beginners (Ages 18-100) is designed to bring people together in the moment, to dance and sweat it on! We take the “work” out of a workout by mixing low-impact and low-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. These classes are slow paced cardio fitness that fuse Latin dance moves from cumbia, salsa, bachata, merengue, axe and more.
Once the South American world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba for Beginners class is often called exercise in disguise.
This class is perfect for anyone who is 18-100 years old.
You don’t need to be a dancer to feel welcome in Zumba for Beginners!
