Melissa Briggs is a certified RYT200 Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurvedic Nutrition instructor. She is currently finishing her certification as a trauma-informed yoga certified instructor.
Vinyasa Yoga is yoga that keeps you moving steadily and acts as a light cardio exercise. Class will begin with a seated visualization and breathing exercise, followed by a reclined guided relaxation at the end of class.
Yoga blocks and straps are recommended. Alternative poses will be offered for those who need modification.
