Introduction to Mindfulness and Breathwork Relaxation
August 29, 10:00 am - 11:00 pm
Come out and join us Monday morning, August 29th, at 10am for a mind body spirit connection. Diana Springstead will teach tools to combat stress and anxiety, working with breathwork relaxation and mindfulness. Please bring a mat, blanket, and a small towel for eyes for relaxation time.
