Join us for the enchanting ballet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The dancers of Michigan Youth Ballet Theatre bring to life this work originally choreographed by George Balanchine in 1962. Our version was choreographed by Richard France (father of our Artistic Director Sean France) and adapted for MY Ballet Theatre. This ballet is inspired by the Shakespeare’s play and put to music by Mendelssohn.

This Shakespeare story is full of magic and mischief staring Oberon and Titania, king and queen of the fairies, and the infamous Puck. Fairies, butterflies, and other mystical characters enchant the audience with our own spells.

From 6 pm – 7 pm we will be having a free dinner for anyone under the age of 18 provided by Montague Area Public Schools. We will have also have a craft table provided by ACWL. There will also be bounce houses. Other activities as well.

At 7 pm MYBT will perform. This will be a FREE event! Bring your own chairs/blankets for seating. Check back for more details.
