The Department of Public Works DPW, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the city of Whitehall’s infrastructure including water treatment and distribution, sewage collection, street maintenance, traffic control, street lights, leaf pickup, building inspection, fleet maintenance, and numerous miscellaneous tasks.
