White Lake Nutrition is hosting their third 5K, RunIt (Run White Lake) 5K, and supporting another year of proceeds going toward the Ava Vanderstelt Scholarship, where all proceeds will be split between the Montague & Whitehall High School Hope Squads. The 3.1 mile course starts and ends at the White Lake Chamber Depot (124 W Hanson, Whitehall, MI) and follows the beautiful Montague-Hart bike trail north, traveling between the two towns that make up the White Lake Area – Montague and Whitehall! Enjoy the gorgeous scenery and flat course, which is great for first timers and those wanting to post their best times! The race offers chip-timing, performance t-shirts, giveaways and medals, and prizes in all categories.

Pickup packet time will be from 12pm-6pm on Friday, July 26th at White Lake Nutrition (3311 Colby Street Suite E), 7:30am-8:30 am on the day of the race at White Lake Chamber & Visitors Bureau. Participants are encouraged to register in advance to be guaranteed a shirt.
