You are invited to participate in the Arts & Crafts portion of the 30th Annual Pumpkinfest Festival on Saturday, October 10, from 10am-3pm, featuring our Pumpkin Roll down Dowling Street Hill! This one day-show is limited to the first 45 applicants. The application deadline is October 1, 2026. **Please note: This application is for Arts & Crafts vendors. FEE: $65.00 (cash/check discount of $60), before Sept 25, 2026, and rate is $75 after September 25, 2026. Payment must accompany your application. Send 2 photos of your work/booth to info@whitelake.org or mail with your application. If you participated in 2024 or 2025, you do not need to submit photos. Make checks payable to WLACC or include credit card information (see payment options below).
(Cancelled space fee is refundable if notified before September 1, 2026.)
BOOTH: Booth sizes are 10x10 on pavement. Booth spaces are outdoors with no electrical and require your own canopy/chairs/tables. You may drive to your booth to unload, but then move your vehicle to the designated grassy parking area at the bottom of the hill. Booth numbers and location will be emailed the week of the event. There is no Friday set-up. Please Note: All special requests must be noted on application & no early tear-downs are allowed.
LOCATION: The city of Montague is located 17 miles north of Muskegon and 32 miles south of Ludington. To get to Downtown Montague: From US 31, take Colby Street (exit 128) and travel west 2 miles, cross over the White River bridge to the traffic light at Water Street. Make a left on Water St. and look for vendor parking signs. More information will accompany confirmation.
