Summer Book Talk Series 2025

Author, Susan Kruszynski, will speak about her book, Starter Guide to Creating Quilts.

Friends of the Montague Library present the Summer Book Talk Series 2025! The book talks feature Michigan authors, in-person, and are free and open to the public. Meet and greet with the author, 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and book talk from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Together we will be turning the meeting room into a box city. We will read the books Not a Box, and Box City. Then each family will get a giant box and with markers, creativity, and ingenuity, integrate their establishments into a booming box city to explore.

You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown the Musical

Happiness is great musical theatre! With charm, wit and heart, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang.

This revue of songs and vignettes, based on the beloved Charles Schulz comic strip, is the ideal first show for those who would like to do a musical. Musical numbers include “My Blanket and Me,” “The Kite,” “The Baseball Game,” “Little Known Facts,” “Suppertime” and “Happiness.” Fabulous show for all ages!
