Come jam out with us every Monday with music bingo from our friends at DJ Bingo of Oceana County! As songs clips play, mark them off your sheet and WIN! There are multiple chances to win and all song titles and artists are displayed on our TVs so no need to strain the memory trying to remember who sang that one song… (cell phones are also welcome). Plus enjoy Dollar PBR drafts all day!

🌈 Every Color Has a Story: A Live Virtual Presentation

Have you ever wondered how your favorite shade of blue got its name? 🔵 Find out this and more at White Lake Community Library at a live virtual event on Wednesday, July 16th, at 5:30PM with Laura Keyes of Historic Voices. Laura will reveal the incredible stories behind the colors that fill our world — from ancient dyes to modern pigments. Every shade, tint, and hue has a surprising history, and you’ll be amazed at how color has shaped the world around us. Don’t miss this colorful journey through time!

This is a free live Zoom presentation that will be shown in the library’s meeting room OR you can view it from home:

Walk the Beat White Lake

Free Music Festival in downtown Whitehall and Montague featuring ten venues and twenty bands. More than $2000 in free door prizes will be given away.  Raffle with prizes totaling $5000 with local non-profit groups benefiting from ticket sales as well.  T-shirts will be for sale and food trucks present.  Winning band and raffle ticket winners will be announced at 7pm at North Mears Promenade.  Please join us for a great day from 1-5 July 19 2025.

Enjoy morning coffee and world-class music during the White Lake Chamber Music Festival’s daily 11AM Salon Concerts. These free performances bring top-tier artists to an intimate setting—perfect for longtime fans or curious newcomers. Contributions appreciated!

  • Sat, July 26Red Cedar String Quartet (in partnership with Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp)

The Red Cedar Quartet, our featured closing act, includes global talent from Italy, Taiwan, China, and the U.S.—all doctoral students at MSU and this summer’s ensemble-in-residence at Blue Lake.

The full, nine-day festival runs July 18–26, with concerts, meet & greets, outdoor shows, and more. There will once again be the world’s greatest music wonderfully played, combined with the soft summer weather, beaches, and spectacular sunsets. All of this makes the White Lake Chamber Music Festival a vacation destination for an ever-growing audience from near and far.

Summer Theatre Festival + White Lake Music Society Present: “Enchanting Musical Stories”
Join us at The Playhouse at White Lake for a magical musical afternoon featuring Peter and the Wolf and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, performed with live piano and stunning visuals. A surprise awaits at intermission!

This special event is part of the White Lake Chamber Music Festival, a nine-day celebration of world-class music across the White Lake area.
