Volunteer Acknowledgements & Agreements

By volunteering for the White Lake Maritime Festival, I acknowledge that:

• All volunteer positions are 18+ unless otherwise noted.

• Volunteers working in or around the Beer Tent must attend a mandatory volunteer training. (Two dates/times will be given)

• I understand volunteer duties may include standing, lifting, outdoor conditions, and public interaction.

• If volunteering in the beer tent: I understand that alcohol service is regulated by Michigan law and agree to comply with all ID-checking and service procedures.

• I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully while representing the White Lake Maritime Festival and White Lake Area Chamber & Visitors Bureau.

• I agree to follow all event rules, safety procedures, and staff instructions.

• I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
