White Lake Nutrition hosts White Lake Fit weekly, which exists to build a healthy, confident, and empowered community – one person at a time. We do that by empowering individuals to take control of their health through personalized support, quality nutrition, and a vibrant community.

Tuesdays, 6:00pm
Saturdays, 8:00am
Whitehall Viking Athletic Center (541 E Slocum St. in Whitehall)

• Check in at the front desk
• Facility fee is $2 in district / $5 out of district
• Then head up to the track and look for the big group of smiling faces!
