About the Instructor:
Casey Bemis has lived in the Whitehall area for 13 years now, working in her studio in the quiet woods just a few miles from Lake Michigan. Much of the work is inspired by nature, geometry and science. Utilizing her undergraduate degree in painting, she draws directly on sheets of metal to be etched and then made into unique jewelry. She also paints and finds some time to work on several novels.
ACWL-Nuveen Summer Art Camps are supported by the Lothmann Family Fund of the Community Foundation for Muskegon County.
