The day after Christmas (December 26th), we have a double show with Ruben Torrez and The Monk Birds, 7-9pm!
Ruben Torrez: Thousands of Waves Show. Classic Rock Vibes. Original Songs. Inspiration from The Doors, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and modern rock.
The Monkbirds: (one person) – play acoustic indie rock with a folk sensibility. Flavors of Britpop, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Kinks, Weezer, Oasis, Pavement, rolled into one unpolished but catchy lo-fi mess. The set will include tracks from their upcoming album Someday Never Knows.
Come down to The Book Nook to relax after all the Christmas chaos! It’s going to be a great show!
