Public Input Meeting: Duck Creek Natural Area

Fruitland Township is seeking a Michigan DNR Trust Fund grant for trails within the Duck Creek Natural Area.

The DCNA is approximately 310 acres of Township property located in the center of the township. It is bordered on the south by Duck Lake Road and Simonelli Road on the east side. Duck Creek flows through the center of this beautiful and undeveloped tract of land. Friends of Fruitland Township Trails has endorsed this effort and are actively working with the Township to make this project a reality.

A public input meeting is being held to enable you to learn about this effort at Fruitland Township Hall on Thursday, February 9, at 6:00pm.
