Owasippe Friday Night Lights Fat Bike Ride

Have you been itching for an Owasippean night ride but bummed that the trails close at dusk?? Now’s your chance to join us for a night time rip on those 14 glorious miles of groomed fat bike trails! Grab your brightest lights, toss ’em on your bike and/or helmet, and we’ll see you out there!
The health lodge will be open for changing and bathrooms if anyone needs to use them.

To ensure the safety of all riders, there are some rules to follow:
1. A member of the MEMBA will be at each event for 30 minutes prior to start until event has ended and all riders are accounted for.
2. Each rider must have lights secured on helmet and/or bike to participate.
3. Do not enter trail after 8:30pm
4. Riders must be off trails by 10:00 pm.
5. At 10:00 pm a designated rider(s) will be in charge of conducting a sweep of the trail to ensure everyone is safely off the trail.
6. Every rider must ride with a partner, or carry a cell phone for emergencies.
7. All riders must stay on groomed trails.
