Mellow Flow Yoga is an all levels class exploring gentle stretching and strengthening movements to promote balance and ease in your body and mind. Classic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation are guided slowly with options so you can stay steady and stable. Whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this practice is designed to meet students where they are and offer increased flexibility, strength and range of motion while reducing stress and connecting to inner calm and peace.
Please bring a mat, water bottle and no expectations or judgements of yourself.
