Kids and Kat – Children’s Wellness Class @ Renew You Fitness

Kat Pfieffer is a mom of two littles with a passion for children’s wellness and a connection to nature. She is partnering with Renew You Fitness to bring some extra magic to little ones and families in our community!
This class is for ages 3-7 years old, and costs $15/class, or two classes for $25. (For family discount for more than one child, see their registration.)

Come celebrate the return of the sun with winter’s arrival! We will explore the shape of the spiral and sphere, make our own solstice wishes for the world, and make our own sun-catchers! Learn about the sun’s importance to us & ways for our own light to shine during the colder months.
