Kids and Kat – Children’s Wellness Class @ Renew You Fitness

Kat Pfieffer is a mom of two littles with a passion for children’s wellness and a connection to nature. She is partnering with Renew You Fitness to bring some extra magic to little ones and families in our community!
This class is for ages 3-7 years old, and costs $15/class, or two classes for $25. (For family discount for more than one child, see their registration.)

We will use our imaginations to embody the processes of water & play exciting hibernation games to learn about the transition to winter that our animal and plant friends make.
