Jacki’s Aerobic Dance is an exercise program you can stick with. We all know we need to exercise. In our fast-paced society, exercise is often viewed as a burden and a chore. But, what if exercise was fun and enjoyable and you couldn’t wait for the next class? That’s Jacki’s! You’ll love us and you’ll love the health benefits you receive too! The time to start on your path to fitness is now! While we have a lot of fun in class, Jacki’s does not skimp on fitness. Each class is a complete head-to-toe workout, including stretching, floor-work, one half hour of sustained aerobic activity and cool-down. Students may use optional hand-held and ankle weights for additional strength training. Classes are progressive, with a new dance introduced weekly. Our students love the progressive approach-it motivates you to attend every class. Each class is different, as dances are rotated to keep material fresh and varied. Try Jacki’s you’ll love us!
