Join Casey Bemis at her home studio to gain insight into soldering metal for jewelry or small metal work. Students will learn basic fundamentals of metalsmithing including cutting, shaping and cold connections. Casey will demonstrate appropriate safety procedures and introduce students to the use of acetylene and propane torches for the in-home studio. Participants will complete at least one project by the end of the three-week class.
