Montague resident and author, Sally Whitbeck, will introduce the audience to her extraordinary four-year saga sailing around the world with her husband on their 37-foot boat. Her newly-released memoir titled Pass the Kava, Reflections of a Sailing Circumnavigator, chronicles the first year of their adventure. The events are free and open to everyone. They begin at the Book Nook at 5:30 p.m. with an informal meet-and-greet with the authors. The presentations begin at 6 p.m.
