Energize II-Exercise has a profound effect on our vitality and overall well-being. Staying active can help to reduce pain, improve your energy level and increase your strength. If you have already taken Energize I then you’re going to love Energize II!
Energize II is a continuation of Energize I. We will do low impact aerobics, use hand weights and do floor stretches. These are easy and basic moves which can be modified for all needs.
Required Supplies: Large Exercise Ball (75 cm ball is standard), hand weights that you can comfortably handle and a floor mat (standard is approximately 24″ x 68″)
