Build your drawing skills in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Improve your drawing skills, use of tools, and understanding of concepts. Topics may include: shape and proportion, shading and dimension, perspective, texture, and composition. The instructor will provide materials and drawing exercises, or participants may bring an image
or project to work on. Appropriate for beginning to intermediate students.
This class will meet on Wednesdays, October 5, 12, 19 & 26 from 10:00am-12:00pm each day.

About the Instructor:
Laurel Geis has lived in the White Lake area for 28 years. She taught Art in public schools for 30 years before retiring. She is an active artist, working primarily in painting and drawing, and her work has been widely exhibited in sites like the Muskegon Museum of Art and the White River Gallery. Her work frequently includes landscape or environmental themes.
