Culinary Class – Scones!

Join Chef Valerie in learning tips and tricks to making and baking scones! Originally, scones were a dry biscuit whose purpose was to get clotted cream, lemon, curd, or jam to one’s mouth. Over generations, Americans expect a sweeter, stand-alone pastry. At the session we will talk about the differences in how to make both types, we haven’t decided on a flavor yet, so if you want to join the session and have a request, make it! TAKE THE RECIPE AND YOUR SCONES HOME!
