Culinary Class – Fermenting

Are you interested in the art of fermentation? Do you want to learn more about the process and make your own sauerkraut ferment? We have just the thing for you! Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will learn everything you need to know about fermenting while creating your own delicious sauerkraut ferment.
To participate, simply bring along a 1 quart glass jar or small crock. During the workshop, we’ll introduce you to a range of tools and equipment used in fermenting, helping you identify what will best suit your needs. We’ll also show you how to care for your ferment, ensuring it stays fresh and tasty for as long as possible.
But that’s not all! We’ll also teach you how to experiment with different vegetables and flavors, making your fermented creations even more exciting.
