Chair Volleyball is great fun for people of all ages from young to Seniors. It’s a great physical activity that provides a fun way to be active. Players are required to remain seated (players are allowed to lift one side of the body, but are not permitted to rise completely off of the chair), so chair volleyball allows those with physical limitations to participate on a level playing field with those who are more active. Regular participation in the activity will increase flexibility, stamina and laughter!
