About the Instructor:
Like many great love stories, Kim’s love for ceramics began in high school. She loved the limitless dynamics of the art form, and it’s been her passion ever since. Recently,  she’s been apprenticing with Peter “The Potter” Johnson, the local master potter working at Terrestrial Forming in Whitehall. She’s now excited to begin her own journey creating and teaching pottery to other art lovers.

ACWL-Nuveen classes are supported in part by grants from the Nuveen Benevolent Trust, Michigan Arts & Culture Council, the National Endowment for the Arts and CatchMark Technologies.
