An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 15, 2022
Cardio drumming is a workout unlike any other; combining a stability ball and drumsticks with upbeat music, this is an opportunity to get moving-regardless of fitness level. Using your entire body, this is sure to be one of the most fun workouts you’ve ever had!
All supplies are provided. It is suggested to bring a water bottle.

Cost for the four-week program: WDS Senior Member is $8.00, price for a WDS Resident is $20 and a Non-Resident is $32
