Cardio Drumming is a workout unlike any other! By combining a stability ball and drumsticks with upbeat music, this is an opportunity to get moving regardless of fitness level. Using your entire body, this is sure to be one of the most fun workouts you’ve ever had! This class is very popular and fills up fast.
All supplies are provided, but it is recommended to bring a water bottle.

WDS Senior Participating Members (60+) and live within the following municipalities: Blue Lake Township, City of Whitehall, Fruitland Township, White River Township and Whitehall Township. Class fee is $12.00 for 6 weeks.
WDS Resident Members (18+) and live within the Whitehall School District boundaries. Class fee is $30 for 6 weeks.
Non-Resident (18+) and live outside the Whitehall School District boundaries. Class fee is $60.00 for 6 weeks.
