Transcendental Meditation is a simple, natural, effortless technique practiced 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. It is easy and enjoyable – anyone can do it – even children with ADHD. Hundreds of published research studies have documented benefits for: stress and anxiety, brain function and cardiovascular health. TM is not a religion, philosophy or lifestyle.
