We permanently waterproof basements and crawlspaces. The warranty goes to the home and exists as long as the home is standing. It does not matter if the customer is the buyer or seller, or ten owners later. There is no transfer fee, annual fee or warranty fee.
We have installation crews – employed by Ground Works.
