#ThrowbackThursday to the Trails Meet Ferry that operated on White Lake! We found this photo recently in our office and loved the quality of it.

“The Deymann brothers operated the Trails Meet ferry from 1928 to 1941. It ran from the south side of the channel by Murray’s Inn to the north side at the end of Lau Road. The ferry was pulled by a steel cable and had a four-car capacity. The price was 25-cents per car & driver and 10 cents apiece for passengers.” —Text from our 2024 History Cruise program
