Arts & Crafts Vendor Registration

Join us for our 48th annual White Lake Area Arts & Crafts Festival over Father's Day weekend!

This juried, two-day show is June 19 from 10am to 5pm and June 20 from 11am to 4pm on beautiful White Lake at Goodrich Park in Whitehall, Michigan.

Sign up early! This unique show is limited to the first qualified 80 artists. In order to ensure all participants are selling handmade original work, we require 2 pictures of your art/craft to be included with your application. (No need to send photos if you were in the 2026 show.) Absolutely no commercially made items or buy-and-sell merchandise will be considered.

Booths for this two-day show are 12x12, on grass, with no electrical. The cost is $125 (cash/check discount of $120), and $150 if your application is received after May 31. The festival includes live music, food trucks, and inflatables!

Deadlines: Rate goes up after May 31. Deadline to register is June 11. Refund deadline is May 21.

*Refund: Refunds are not allowed after May 21. In case of emergency, vendors may choose to carry their spot to the following year, but we will not be able to issue refunds.

**Please note: This is a two-day festival. Vendors are required to be at ALL festival hours on both days.
**This is not the form for food vendors. This form is only for arts and crafts vendors. To check on food vendor availability, please email info@whitelake.org.

Arts & Crafts Festival Vendor Guidelines

By checking "I Acknowledge", I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the following festival requirements:

• I understand this is a two-day festival and I am required to be open and operating during all festival hours:
  • Saturday, June 19, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Sunday, June 20, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
• I understand that early tear-downs are not permitted, rain or shine. Vendors who leave early may not be invited to participate in future events.
• I understand my booth space is 12' x 12' and all displays, merchandise, and equipment must remain within my assigned space.
• I certify that the items I am selling are original, handmade works created by me. Buy/sell, commercially manufactured, or bulk-purchased items are not permitted.
• I understand that any items determined to be buy/sell or otherwise not in compliance with festival rules must be removed immediately and may result in dismissal from the event without refund.
• I will only drive in designated loading and unloading areas during approved setup and teardown times, and I will not drive on sidewalks during set up or tear down, or through the festival during event hours.
• I will park only in designated vendor parking areas unless prior accommodations have been approved by festival organizers.
• If I bring a dog or other pet, it will remain leashed at all times, be under my control, and be well-socialized around people and other animals.
• I understand that all merchandise, displays, and conduct must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
• I understand that festival organizers reserve the right to enforce these guidelines and may require removal of prohibited items, or removal from the festival for non-compliance.
