Arts & Crafts Festival Guidelines

Attention Artists:
We want you and this show to be a success! Here’s what you can expect:
• Finer arts differentiated from crafts during show
• No buy and sell allowed
• Personal attention by Chamber of Commerce staff
• Paid promotion, marketing, and publicity through various media
• Family-friendly activities
• A well organized event

 

PAYMENT: Credit card, money order, and/or check are accepted methods of payment. Make check payable to WLACC.

CRITERIA: All works must be original representations by the artist and shown by the artist. Dealers and manufacturers may not enter, nor commercially made items including “Buy and Sell”. We reserve the right to ask you to remove items appearing in the booth that were not in submitted photo(s). If you are selling manufactured items, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

LOCATION: The city of Whitehall is located where White Lake and the mouth of the White River meet. It is 15 miles north of Muskegon, 34 miles south of Ludington along Lake Michigan by way of US 31 hwy. To get to
Goodrich Park Annex, take Colby St. (exit 128) west for 3 miles, until it curves to the right. Immediately after the curve, take a left onto Lake St. The Goodrich Park Annex is on the right. (A white gazebo is located toward the
lakeside of the Annex). The nearest GPS location is Napa Auto Parts in Whitehall, MI 49461.

BOOTH: Booth numbers will be emailed the week prior to the event and at registration. Booth sizes are 12×12 on grass. All booth spaces are outside with no electricity and require your own canopy/tables/chairs. You may drive up to your booth to unload, but then you must move your vehicle to designated vendor parking areas prior to show start time.

OTHER: Early set-up is available Friday after 5pm, however, security is only provided on Saturday night.

**Please note: This is a two-day festival. Vendors are required to be at ALL festival hours on both days.
