Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a yoga class that will focus on building heat and taking your practice to the next level. Move from a standing pose through high plank to chaturanga and into upward facing dog. Shuttle Bus to Winter Fun w/Fetch!

GET OUTSIDE!
Fetch Brewing will offer a Shuttle Bus from Fetch to the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex.


The Shuttle, offered by Lakeshore Transportation, will cost $20 per person and will include round-trip transportation AND a Crowler per person to-go! MUST PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE!

The Shuttle will leave Fetch at 6pm & 7pm, returning to Fetch at 8pm & 9pm.  Once there, you can take advantage of a discounted all-access pass for only $10 which will give you access to all available sports and rentals!  Or, take the bus out there and simply enjoy a bonfire, some smores and your Crowler/Growler next to the fire for no additional cost.  Spaces limited to 14 passengers per shuttle, 28 total tickets available, so don’t wait! (Must be 21+)  Tickets for the Shuttle available online at www.fetchbrewing.com.

Sprouts Play and Learn

Sprouts Play and Learn Returns for two months of Patterns and Shapes!

Sprouts is a free program for parents/caregivers and their children birth-4 years of age. Every two months children receive a free book based off the theme of the month! They also play games and make crafts in relation to the theme.

November and December is “Patterns and Shapes!”

Sprouts Play and Learn runs the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month 10-11:30am between November-April and June through September. For more information or to register contact Gwen and Wendy at (231) 894-0342.

Family Food and Fun

 A great way to spend a Wednesday evening: enjoy a free meal, and let your kids burn off some extra energy.  
  • A simple meal will be served from 5-7 pm (FREE)
  • The gym will be open from 5-8 for your kids to play. There will be two areas for age-appropriate play. There will also be space for other activities such as ping pong. 
  • Starting at 6:45 we will have Bible study activities for kids K-12 who are interested.

No drop-offs please.
