Repair Café by WMS Eco-Menders

Bring your broken items and we will try to fix them!

(Fix-it specialists in: jewelry, clothing, toys, small household appliances, basic furniture and other wooden items, computer troubleshooting and general repairs.)

Our fix-it volunteers will have tools and basic repair items, if you need specific parts to repair your item (example: new inner tube for a bike tire), please bring that along if possible. There is no set fee for repairs, but donations are appreciated. Cookies and punch will be served. This event has been organized by the WMS 7th grade Lexus Eco Challenge Team, the Eco-Menders! We appreciate your help in keeping fixable items out of landfills!

Classical Night Series Jeremy Verwys

9pm Tuesday December 5 Classical Night Series   Jeremy Verwys   he has performed with the Grand Rapids Symphony, as well as with the dance faculty at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp where he has been commissioned in 2015 to compose and perform original works. and participated in master-classes with renowned guitarists Thomas Viloteau, Marcin Dylla, Carlos Perez, Johannes Möller, and Jason Vieaux, along with private studies with Goran Ivanovic and Adam Holzman. As a member of the GRCC Guitar Ensemble, he played in several of the annual Mid American Guitar Ensemble Festivals, one of which afforded a master-class with the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet. he also divide my time teaching and instructing music at Triumph Music Academy in Grand Rapids, MI. as well as being Adjunct Faculty at Heartland Community College in Normal, IL.

Join us at Fetch Brewing Company in Whitehall for Spinning Club! Visit Santa Claus and enjoy a delicious and FREE pancake meal at Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018 at the Whitehall United Methodist Church. The breakfast event will be held 9am to 11am. Bring the children in for pancakes with sausage, and a visit with Santa. Whitehall High School choir will be singing Christmas carols.
