In this class we will do easy stretches and include low impact aerobics. Come and join the fun while we begin to energize! Instructor: Karolyn Madison. Classes meet in the WL Community Center Room 105 and runs Mondays from 7/17/17-10/9/17. No class on Monday, September 4th due to Labor Day.
