Death by Chocolate. April 1900, Easter Sunday. Paris is the centre of world attention for the International Exposition. A diverse group of individuals at the Hotel Paradiso gather for dinner, when the hotel is rocked by an explosion. Billy Bonka, a foremost chocolate manufacturer, is found dead in his room, killed by an exploding Easter Egg. Suspicion falls on the people around his table.
Registered attendees will be assigned their roles in advance so they can arrive in character. These dinner events have proven to be evenings of laughter.
From October through May, we offer Murder Mystery events. Participants act out the roles (with scripts and as much hilarity as they wish!) This is so much fun, You will be emailed your character, costume suggestion (easy and optional) and role prior to arrival. The mystery activities and dinner last from 5 pm until around 8 pm on Saturday. The event has garnered much attention and was recently highlighted on both Pure Michigan radio with Dave Lorenz and on GVSU radio with Shelly Irwin.
You do not have to be a lodging guest at Amanda’s Bequest to participate, but it is only $38 pp for guests who are staying at the B&B! It will enhance the fun and remove night time driving. Hurry, limited seating! To register, click the book now link on the website, or email/call. email@example.com 231-740-4065
